Google has launched the Pixel 3 referral program in India in partnership with Flipkart. The referral program allows existing Nexus and Pixel users to refer the new Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL to their friends and family members and in return, both the referrer as well as the referee get incentives.
Google Pixel 3 Referral Program: Here is how it works
Starting today, those who use Google Nexus or a Pixel smartphone can refer their friends or family to the new Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL. When a user logs into their Flipkart app via their Nexus or Pixel smartphone, the app will now show a special referral program banner. You need to click on this banner, which redirects to a page listing the benefits for both the referrer and referee.
On this page, existing Pixel or Nexus owner can enter their email ID to participate in the referral program. Within 48 hours, the customer will receive an email via their registered email ID from Flipkart that will include an unique link that can be shared or used by themselves. Google says this referral link can only be activated from start of program date and can be redeemed till end of the redemption date.

The referee with the unique link will land on a Flipkart on which they will have to validate the code. Once the code is validated, it will get tagged to Flipkart account of the referee until offer expiry. The referral codes can be generated till December 20, 2018 and the referral program ends December 24, 2018.
Google says each referrer will receive a Flipkart gift voucher worth Rs 2,000. Each referee will get instant discount of Rs 7,000 on the new Pixel 3 variants on Flipkart. The discount will be over and above any running offer, means the Pixel 3 will be the cheapest for those buying through this referral program.
