The Pixel 3 XL is set to come with a 6.3-inch tall display with an aspect ratio of 19:9, thanks to the notch. The notch houses dual camera modules, an earpiece, and the sensors. Both cameras have a resolution of 12-megapixels, but there is no idea on what the second camera does.
Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with an octa-core CPU, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage. There are speculations about a higher storage variant with more RAM too, but for that, we will have to wait till the official announcement. The video review shows off the smartphone from all sides, and also a look at the gesture control on the OS.
Sadly, while others are expecting Google to embrace dual cameras, the company is still sticking to the single rear camera module. You get a 12.2-megapixel sensor at the back, which will likely come AI chops to let you capture better photos. To keep things ticking, there is a 3,720mAh battery with support for fast charging. The device runs on Android 9 Pie OS out of the box.
