Google is all set to launch the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones next month. From what we know so far, the devices can be expected to carry some high-end features and specifications. One of key differences this time around is said to be support for wireless charging for which Google is rumored to be introducing a new wireless charger dubbed as the Pixel Stand. While we have recently come across more information around the device, a new render image of the wireless charger had emerged online now, further giving us a better idea of what it could possibly look like. The image posted by MySmartPrice confirms the charger to feature a dock-like system, where the smartphone will be standing upright other than lying flat on the surface. The stand design will make it easy to interact with the smartphone when charging. It also has a circular base, which can be seen getting power in through a USB Type-C cable. Based on previous rumors, Google is said to be designing a custom UI for the Pixel 3 devices, when placed on the charger. The new interface is said to give easy access to notifications, calendar, alarms, music controls and more though various shortcut. Google Assistant interface is also said to be different on the phone, when docked on the charger. Lastly, rumors have also touted it to carry support for fast charging.
With the charging interface, it looks like Google is trying to integrate Google Assistant into as many features as it can. A report earlier today hinted at the camera on the Pixel 3 devices to come with built-in support for Google Lens . This will allow users to point the camera at anything and everything to get quick information on it. Not just that, Google Assistant has a whole is also expected to get a major design overhaul this time.

That said, nothing can be confirmed yet and we ll just have to wait for Google’s launch event to get more information on it. Google is expected to launch Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL on October 9 in New York. Along with the smartphones and the charger, the company is also said to unveil Pixelbook 2, and a new Google Home Hub smart display.
