What is carrier billing?
One of the preferred mode of payment in Google Play Store abroad, the service helps users buy apps, games, and content on Google Play Store without the need of a Credit or Debit Card. You can pay for the content from your main phone balance for prepaid customers or added to your monthly phone bill for postpaid customers. While making a purchase of an app or game for instance on Google Play Store, one can choose their telecom operator to pay the bill. The service might charge some convenience fee added by the telecom operator.
