The overhauled Play Store sports a very minimalistic look, which has also to a certain extent boosted the performance. The navigation bar on the left now shows different categories of apps for easy access and also shows what apps one has installed on their devices.
Additionally, app listings now feature larger icons which are quite aesthetically pleasing to look at and the description page of each app now sports larger screenshots. Google has also seen to it that every new page opens in the same window, thus doing away with the need to open new tabs.
