Three years after the Oscar-winning ‘Skyfall,’ Adele is back with a new single called ‘Hello,’ which is from the long awaited comeback album 25. It’s not even a day since the video released and people on social media have already started trolling Adele for her choice of technology – using an outdated flip phone. The video starts with a glimpse of an outhouse at some countryside location with Adele talking to someone on phone, she says “I’ve just got here and I think I’m losing signal already.” No doubt, it brings back the nostalgic times when flip phones were popular. There are several memories attached to flip phones, mostly with people slamming the flip at the end of a furious or emotional conversation. No doubt, Adele fans who had been waiting for album are liking the video. Shot in grayscale / black and white looks stunning, and is emotionally intimate at the same time.
