You may have noticed that your Facebook News Feed is relatively quieter this morning. Don’t worry the world isn’t coming to an end, and it’s just a glitch at Facebook’s end. This glitch is restricted to Facebook pages and brands have been unable to put up posts all morning. The glitch doesn’t affect personal accounts though, and you can continue to put up status updates and share stuff with friends. The issue seems to be affecting brands with verified Facebook pages, including BGR India. Every time we try and post something we are faced with an error message — “There was a problem updating your status. Please try again in a few minutes.” This issue is being faced by a number of page owners worldwide. Verified pages in Australia, US, Europe and Singapore have been affected by the glitch, Mashable reports. It however doesn’t seem to be the end of world, and some brands seemed to have found a workaround by using Facebook on a mobile. For us, those with admin level access to the Facebook page are able to put up a few posts. Also Read - What happens to your Facebook account after you die?
