Spotted by Slashleaks, the Geekbench listing reveals that the Honor 7X will be powered by a Kirin 659 SoC under the hood paired with 4GB of RAM. However, this is contradictory to the TENAA listing, which hinted at a Kirin 670 octa-core SoC. Further, the listing also revealed that the smartphone is expected to launch with 32GB and 64GB storage options. On the photography front, Huawei might continue with the dual-camera setup on the Honor 7X. The smartphone is expected to sport 12-megapixel dual rear cameras. In terms of display, leaks suggest that the Hono 7X might feature a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display. It is also likely to feature an 18:9 aspect ratio display like the Samsung Galaxy S8-duo.
On the software front, the Honor 7X could run on Android 7.1 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 layered on top. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone is said to come with a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone could also feature a rear fingerprint sensor. In terms of pricing, the Honor 7X is expected to be priced between RMB 1,500 (approximately Rs 14,900) and RMB 1,800 (approximately Rs 17,900). It features a dual rear camera setup, which includes a combination of 12-megapixel lens and a 2-megapixel lens with PDAF, LED flash and Bokeh effect.
