Honor’s “X” series has seen some of the best selling devices courtesy of their decent specifications and good design at a mid-range price. It began with the Honor 4x, and since then we have seen how intermediate models have been gaining more relevance within its segment. The company is now preparing to expand this line-up of devices with the rumored launch of two new models – Honor 8X and Honor 8X Max. Both smartphones will reportedly be launched in China on September 5. Also Read - Huawei MatePad 5G Launched in ChinaAlso Read - Huawei Mate 40 launch delayed to 2021, suggests leakster
An alleged poster of Honor 8X Max has now surfaced online, confirming that the front side of the device will feature a tiny notch like the one seen on the Oppo F9 Pro. Also seen is a small chin at the bottom. According to MyDrivers, the upcoming device is expected to boast a screen-to-body ratio of over 90 percent – highest on any Huawei device yet. While the leaked poster doesn’t show the Honor 8X, it is likely to adopt a similar front design as the Honor 8X Max. The Honor 8X Max is likely to feature a large 7.12-inch diagonal panel, which even surpasses the recently launched Xiaomi Mi Max 3. The Honor 8X, on the other hand, is expected to feature a screen size close to 6-inches.
