As per the TENAA listing, the yet-to-be-launched Honor 8X will have a massive 7.12-inch (most likely with an 18:9 aspect ratio) display with a resolution of 1080×2244 pixels. Complementing that panel will be a big 4,900mAh battery. If these numbers are indeed true, the Honor 8X will be a phablet that ll go against large-screen devices such as the Xiaomi Mi Max 3.
Talking about other specifications, the Honor 8X is rumoured to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636/660 SoC. However, it s more likely to have a comparable HiSilicon Kirin chipset, like majority of Huawei/Honor smartphones. It ll likely be paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, with support for microSD cards.
Honor 8X, according to the details on TENAA, will measure 177.57mmx86.24mmx8.13mm and have a weight of around 210g.
For imaging, the phablet is expected to come with a dual camera system at the back, comprised of a 16-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor.
