Huawei’s sub-brand Honor launched the 9N smartphone in India last week, and just yesterday, it went on sale for the first time. It is an online-only smartphone that is available via Flipkart. Now, the Honor 9N is also available to purchase from Croma offline retail stores, and the company’s online portal as well.
The Honor 9N is offered in three storage variants – 3GB RAM with 32GB storage priced at Rs 11,999, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage priced at Rs 13,999, and 4GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs 17,999. However, Croma listing only has the 128GB storage variant on sale. Buyers can choose to go for free home delivery, store pickup or three-hours express delivery at no extra cost. However, this depends on the stock availability at the store near your location.

Powered by Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC, the smartphone runs EMUI 8.0 OS, based on Android 8.0 Oreo. It flaunts a 5.84-inch full-HD+ 19:9 IPS LCD screen, running at a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels. The smartphone comes with face unlock and a fingerprint sensor at the back for biometric security.
In the photography department, you get a 16-megapixel front camera, and a dual camera setup at the back, sporting a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel configuration. Both cameras feature AI-capabilities, and allow for depth-sensing portrait shots.
Apart from this, the Honor 9N is armed with a 3,000mAh battery, with charging and data transfers through a micro-USB port at the bottom. The device also features a 3.5mm jack for audio connectivity, and a hybrid dual-SIM slot that lets you have either two SIM cards simultaneously, or one SIM card and a microSD card for storage expansion.
