Honor launched the Band Z1 in India alongside the Honor 7, back in October. The fitness wearable, priced at Rs 5,499, has finally gone on sale today exclusively via Flipkart. The Honor Band Z1 is essentially the Band Zero wearable, which the company had launched in July. The wearable can track users fitness activities as well as sleep pattern, and also features a calorie consumption tracker. Furthermore, it also comes with some smartwatch-like capabilities like notification alerts for calls, SMS, calendar, and customized dialing options. Honor Band Z1 specifications and features: The wearable flaunts a 1.06-inch (128×128 pixels) OLED circular touchscreen display and is powered by a Cortex M4 STM32F411 chipset paired with 128KB RAM. Also on offer is 512KB of internal storage.
Underneath is a 70mAh battery, which Honor says is good enough for up to three days of usage, or up to 14 days on standby mode. The wearable is also bundled with a wireless charging dock, which can fully charge it in just 1.5 hours.
It boasts IP68 certification, which makes the wearable dustproof and waterproof up to a depth of 1.5 meters. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, and the wearable is compatible with smartphones running on Android 4.4.4 or later, and iPhones running on iOS 7.0 and later.
