Honor launched its gaming-centric smartphone, called Honor Play, last month. Today, the device is set to go on flash sale again, and you can try your luck to get your hands on one.
Honor Play price, sale details
The Honor Play is priced at Rs 19,999, and the smartphone will be available via Amazon India today. The flash sale kicks off at 12:00PM today. Being a flash sale, there will no doubt be limited units available. So we would advise you to be online a few minutes before the sale.
Like the previous sale, Vodafone subscribers will again be entitled to 10GB of additional data for 12 months. This is eligible for those users who are on at least Vodafone’s Red or Red4business plans worth at least Rs 399.
Honor Play specifications, features
To quickly recap on the Honor Play’s specifications and features. The device sports a 6.3-inch FullHD+ (2340×1080 pixels) display with a notch at the top. Under the hood is Huawei’s top-of-the-line Kirin 970 SoC that is paired with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of on-board storage. There’s also support for up to 256GB microSD cards.
For photography, the device is equipped with a dual-camera setup at the back. The setup includes a combination of 16-megapixel primary sensor, and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 16-megapixel camera at the front.

Making sure everything ticks is a 3,750mAh battery fast charging capabilities. For security, there’s a fingerprint sensor placed at the back. For connectivity, there’s Dual 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, and USB Type-C port. On the software front, the device runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.2. The smartphone’s talking point is the GPU Turbo feature that boosts the overall gaming experience on the phone.
