HTC may launch a new smartphone called the Desire 530 soon, which has been spotted in an online listing on a Netherland-based retailer Centralpoint. The listing reveals that the smartphone will be priced in the lower mid-range segment, above €190 (approximately Rs 14,250). The online retailer also expects the smartphone to be in stock by February 23, hinting that it may be announced around MWC 2016. That’s not all; the smartphone will be available in Graphite Gray and Stratus White color options, the listing reveals. While the listing doesn’t mention anything about the specifications and features, the smartphone is likely to be a refreshed version of the Desire 526, which was launched last year. The Desire 526 flaunts a 4.7-inch qHD display running at a resolution of 540×960 pixels and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 210 SoC. Keeping this in mind, the Desire 530 isn’t really expected to be a powerhouse, but may get some hardware and software refresh.
