The ecommerce site has listed the device as coming soon, and also mentions an introductory offer wherein users will get 6GB of free 3G data for a period of six months. As far as specifications are concerned, the Desire 620G a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display, and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone also features an 8-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2,100mAh battery. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and on the software front, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
In addition to the 3G variant, HTC had also unveiled a LTE variant which is powered by a 1.2GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor. There is however no word on if the company plans to launch this variant in India.
