HTC today launched the One S9, a mid-range smartphone with a set of features and price tag that is disappointing to say the least. Now it is rumored to bring another mid-range smartphone in its Desire series, called the Desire 830, according to photos and an alleged set of specifications and features that have surfaced online. It is easy to recognize the Desire 830 from the photos shared by NoWhereElse. The overall design is on the same lines as the recent Desire 8-series smartphones. It is also rumored to retain the colorful frames on the sides.
HTC Desire 830 specifications, features: The smartphone flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display, and is likely to be powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core chipset, 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage. Not a lot is known about the Desire 830, but considering the real-life photos, a launch shouldn’t be that far off.
Earlier today, HTC launched the One S9 in Europe, a mid-range device with not so mid-range a price. For 499 (Rs 37,500 approximately), you get a device that looks identical to last year’s One M9, and doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner either.
It features a 5-inch 1080p display, MediaTek Helio X10 64-bit octa-core chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 13-megapixel rear camera, 4-Ultrapixel selfie camera, 2,840mAh battery, and BoomSound speakers.
