HTC is hosting an event on September 29, where it is widely expected to take wraps off the much rumored One A9 aka Aero. Over the last few weeks, we have come across several leaks, and the latest one is a live leaked photo that confirms the design and some of its specifications.
Just yesterday, we came across leaked press photos showing different color variants of the smartphone. The photos offered a good look at the HTC One A9, which closely resembles the iPhone 6 in terms of design. The latest live photo leaked on Weibo shows the front of the smartphone. While the side bezels are thin, the bottom bezel is pretty thick, mostly due to the addition of fingerprint scanner.
The leak also sheds some light on its specifications. The smartphone flaunts a 5-inch full HD (1080p) display and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 617 SoC paired with 2GB of RAM. Also on the offer is 16GB of onboard storage. It’s expected to come with 13-megapixel rear camera with a BSI sensor and optical image stabilization, 4-megapixel front snapper, and a 2,150mAh battery.
From yesterday’s leaked press image, the HTC One A9 is set to be available in acid gold, opal silver, deep garnet, carbon gray, rose Gold, and cast iron when it goes official. It also gives us a good look at the final version of the smartphone. Although it looks similar to iPhone 6, the rear camera is at the center instead of top right position.
