For starters, HTC seems to be going with the iPhone-like design once again. From the leaked photos, the yet to be announced smartphone seems to sport a unibody design. While the fingerprint sensor seen on the One A9 seems to be absent, the photos point to the presence of dual-frontal BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio. HTC One X9 specifications and features: Based on the information revealed by TENAA listing, the One X9 is set to sport a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) IPS display. Under the hood, it could be powered by an octa-core 2.2GHz processor and paired with 2GB of RAM. However, there is no information if it s going to be a MediaTek or a Qualcomm processor.
The smartphone is expected to come with 16GB of onboard storage, a microSD card for further expansion and 3,000mAh battery. In terms of camera, it could sport a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing selfie unit. With connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS, the One X9 is expected to ship with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop out-of-the-box. As the One A9 already runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it looks a little dicey that HTC would ship the phone with a slightly outdated Android version.
As the information about the One X9 comes from the certification listing, we advise you to take it with a grain of salt. We will have to wait until HTC officially unveils the One X9. Till then, stay tuned.
