HTC recently launched the all metal, mid-range One A9, and now the rumor mill around the company s next flagship has started buzzing. A few months ago we heard rumors of HTC O2, but according to a reliable leaker @LlabTooFeR, HTC seems to have scrapped the plans, and might release a completely new handset instead. Google hasn t announced anything about Android 6.1 yet, but being a being a major update, it might not show up before Google I/O, which usually takes place in June. So, even if the rumors about HTC Perfume are true, it may take a while until HTC officially launches it. HTC s next version of Sense UI is also a mystery. The company could refresh its design add new features, apps and more.
To recall, there were rumors about HTC O2, which was said to come with a 6-inch QHD display. On the hardware front, the handset was expected to be powered by Qualcomm s Snapdragon 820-processor paired with 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage and a 3,500mAh battery.
