Chinese smartphone maker Huawei seems all set to bring its Ascend P1 mid-range smartphone to our shores. The smartphone is up for pre-order on Flipkart for Rs 12,990. FoneArena was first to spot it.
The smartphone, which was unveiled at CES last year, features a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED (960×540 pixels) display and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The device is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor pared with 1GB RAM and offers 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded to up to 64GB using a microSD card. Other features included are an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, 1.3-megapixel camera at the front, built-in Dolby Surround Sound technology and a 1,670mAh battery. Though there has yet to be an official unveiling, according to the Flipkart listing, you can pre-order the phone for Rs 12,990 and it will be delivered sometime in the third week of this month.
