The first thing that you notice is the phone’s design, which shows an uncanny resemblance to an iPhone. What’s more, Huawei is said to be launching the phone in black and white color variants. On the sides there is a metal frame with an integrated antenna (iPhone-esque again), but thankfully the positioning of the buttons is different on the P6. Overall from the photos, the P6 does look like a really well-built phone.
There’s no mention of any new specifications, so we will update you on what we know so far. The device is said to be super skinny at 6.18mm, which is even thinner than the iPhone 5, and is expected to feature a 4.7-inch HD (720p) display, and powered by a 1.5GHz Huawei made ARM Cortex A9 quad-core processor.
This apart, the P6 is expected to sport an 8-megapixel rear camera with a BSI sensor; a 5-megapixel front camera and the Android OS on the phone will be wrapped under a new version of Huawei’s Emotion UI skin.
