There seems to be very little about Huawei’s upcoming Mate 20 smartphones that hasn’t leaked yet. Adding to that list are a couple of alleged real-life photos of the Mate 20 Pro.
The photos uploaded on Weibo (spotted by Slashleaks) give us the best look yet at the Mate 20 Pro. The two photos show the front and back of the device, and needless to say, the overall look and design are in line with all the leaks.
The front side is dominated by the 6.9-inch OLED display that curves at the edges. There’s a wide notch at the top, and a slim bezel at the bottom. The glass back is quite minimal, but what stands out is the camera module. As seen in previous leaks, the Mate 20 Pro’s three camera lens and LED flash are arranged in a square shape. Unsurprisingly, there is a Leica branding just above the camera arrangement.

One thing missing is a fingerprint sensor at the back. Huawei is likely to either opt for an in-display fingerprint sensor or solely depend on Face Unlock like Apple’s iPhones. We must admit, the smartphone seen in the photos looks quite good, and there is no denying its premium-ness. The Mate 20 is likely to boast a similar design language. There is however no word on the design of the Mate 20X gaming smartphone.

There will be multiple variants to choose from featuring 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB/256GB/512GB storage options.
