More leaks seem to be surfacing on the internet about the upcoming flagship Mate series from Huawei. According to GSMArena, Steve H, also known as OnLeaks revealed that the Mate 20 Pro is likely to come with a 6.25-inch screen with a 6.8mm notch and 3.8mm chin on the front of the device. The report also points out that he is not sure if this information is for the Huawei Mate 20 or the Mate 20 Pro.
However, the information revealed is impressive as the existing Huawei P20 Pro comes with 8mm notch and 10mm chin. One thing to note here is that OnLeaks seems to have taken the original tweet down where he shared the details about the notch and chin size on the P20 Pro. With the increasing number of leaks, it is likely that the company is planning to launch the Mate 20 series in the coming weeks. This new leak comes days after it was revealed that Mate 20 Pro may come with a triple lens camera setup including a 40-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 20-megapixel monochrome camera.

In addition to the Mate 20 Pro, it was also revealed that the Mate 20 will also come with a triple lens solution but with a slightly lower specification in terms of sensor resolution. Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro will not be the first device to come with triple lens setup on the back of the device as the company already launched such camera setup with the P20 Pro.
It is likely that Huawei may be aiming to increase the capabilities of the setup from the optical zoom capabilities that it achieved with the P20 Pro. Huawei has not revealed the launch date or any other details about the Mate 20 lineup at the time of writing.
