According to the tipster, the smartphone will sport thickness somewhere between 6.6mm to 8.5mm. He reiterates previous claims of the Huawei Nexus (2015) sporting a 5.7-inch screen. Furthermore, the leak reveals that the smartphone will have front facing cameras, fingerprint scanner on the back and a USB Type-C charging port. We got to know a few days earlier that the LG-made Nexus will sport USB Type-C port, and now this leak suggests that the Huawei Nexus (2015) smartphone will also feature the faster charging port.
The other details are all in line with previous leaks, but coming from Steve Hemmerstoffer, these features get credible validation. Additionally, it also speculated that the Huawei Nexus (2015) will sport a WQHD AMOLED display, Snapdragon 820 chipset, a 21-megapixel rear camera, and a battery with Rezence/WiPower wireless charging.
Sources also told BGR India today that the Huawei Nexus (2015) will be the world s first global LTE capable smartphone. It is likely to come in four color options, and is almost as large as the iPhone 6 Plus.
Apart from Huawei, Google has also partnered with LG to launch another Nexus device positioned at the lower-end. As per previous leaks, the smartphone will feature a 5.2-inch full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 620 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It also sports a 13.1-megapixel camera with laser focus and a 4-megapixel selfie camera. It could come with a fingerprint scanner for Android Pay, 3,180mAh battery, NFC and wireless charging.
