Huawei Nova 3 is now official in China. The company has listed the Nova 3 on Vmall for pre-order without pricing. The official launch is scheduled to take place on July 18, and the smartphone will go on sale starting July 20 in China.
The Nova 3 was leaked on several occasions before, so more or less there was almost everything revealed about it earlier. As expected, the Huawei Nova 3 packs a 6.3-inch FHD+ curved glass display with a notch and 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The overall design looks quite reminiscent of Huawei’s P20 Lite.
On the rear, it packs dual-rear camera setup with AI scene recognition that can detect over 500 scenes. Even the front has a dual-camera setup with face unlocking using infrared light sensor like the Apple iPhone X. Huawei has its own set of 3D Qmoji, which is similar to Apple’s Animoji. The rear also features a glass back with fingerprint sensor sitting in the top half center.

The Huawei Nova 3 is features a a 6.3-inch FHD+ curved glass display with a notch and 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The handset packs Huawei’s own Kirin 970 processor with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU, i7 co-processor and support for GPU Turbo. There is a 64GB and 128GB internal storage variant on offer with 6GB of RAM. It also gets a dual hybrid SIM slot, so either two nano-SIM cards or a nano with microSD card can be used for expansion up to additional 256GB.
For cameras, the Nova 3 comes with a quad-camera setup, which is dual cameras in front and dual cameras at the back. The dual rear camera setup includes a 16-megapixel rear camera AI scene recognition and a 24-megapixel secondary rear camera for portrait shots. For front Selfies, it has a 24-megapixel front camera with a 2-megapixel secondary camera with face unlocking feature.

The handset is backed by a 3750mAh battery with fast charging support using USB Type-C. it supports dual 4G VoLTE and fingerprint sensor at the back. It is listed to run Android 8.1 Oreo-based with EMUI 8.2 UI on top.
