While the recently-launched Mate 20 series devices are arguably among the best Android flagships you can buy right now, Huawei’s vast mobile portfolio includes everything from budget devices to mid-rangers. One such upcoming smartphone is Huawei P Smart (2019), which recently made an appearance on popular benchmarking platform Geekbench.
While the Geekbench listing had hinted at some of the device’s key features, a full-blown leak has now confirmed everything about the mid-range smartphone. Shared by the ever-reliable tipster Roland Quandt on Twitter (see tweet embedded below), the complete spec sheet of Huawei P Smart (2019) comes courtesy of French retailer Boulanger.

According to the leaked spec sheet, Huawei P Smart (2019) is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 710 chipset, paired with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There’s also support for microSD cards of up to 512GB. The smartphone features a 6.21-inch FullHD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and a ‘waterdrop’ notch up top. There’s Android 9.0 Pie on-board, with Huawei’s EMUI 9.0 overlay baked on top.
For imaging duties, Huawei P Smart (2019) has a dual-lens rear camera system. It’s comprised of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary depth sensor, complete with PDAF and LED flash. Up front, the smartphone features a single 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls. Major connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, GPS, and there’s a 3.5mm audio port included in the mix as well. Rounding off the package is a sizeable 3,400mAh battery, but there’s no fast-charging support.
