The Huawei P20 Pro is one of the best camera smartphones that you can buy today, and the Chinese smartphone maker added further tweaks and optimizations to the software to make it better. The latest update brings camera improvements along with June security patch. Just like the Galaxy S9, the P20 Pro can also record super slow-motion videos at 960fps. Until now, you were required to manually press the shutter button to capture slow-motion scenes, but that will soon change.

Huawei has added automatic super slow-motion video feature with the latest update, which will now detect motion and automatically record it. The software update carries build number B131, but sadly, it is not available over the air. Instead, you will have to manually flash it using the Huawei Recovery Updater tool. But the company will soon be rolling out the OTA, so stay tuned for that.

The new update also optimizes power consumption to ensure better battery life. Besides, it also improves stability and system performance, while also offering bug fixes to known issues.
