Huawei W1 Windows Phone 8 smartphone announced at CES


We can’t say we are shocked but Huawei today unveiled its first Windows Phone 8 smartphone, the W1. Specifications-wise, the W1 sounds to be an entry-level smartphone for the platform along with the likes of the HTC 8S and the Nokia Lumia 920. We are ralking about a 4-inch WVGA display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, a 5-megapixel rear and VGA front camera, and just 512MB of RAM.
