iBall is all set to launch a new Android smartphone called the Andi 5.5N2 Quadro, which has been spotted (via FoneArena) selling online for Rs 13,799. The phone comes with a 5.5-inch HD (720p) IPS display and runs on a quad-core Cortex A7 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz and coupled with 1GB of RAM. It sports a 12-megapixel rear snapper with autofocus and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS/AGPS, and dual-SIM support. Other features include proximity, light and G-sensor, a 2,500mAh battery and a microSD card slot.
It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and offers some gesture based features like flip to mute as well.
With all these features on board, the smartphone will be up against the Karbonn Titanium S9 which also has a 5.5-inch 720p display and costs slightly higher at Rs 15,990.
