iBall has launched a new affordable smartphone called the Cobalt Oomph, priced at Rs 7,999. While the company has yet to officially launch the smartphone, Mumbai-based mobile retailer Mahesh Telecom revealed the priced and details of the handset.On the design front, the Cobalt Oomph features a circular home button and from the initial looks of it is pretty evident that the phone has borrowed some design cues from the iPhone 6. As for specifications, it sports a 4.7-inch IPS HD (1280×720 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with a 1GB of RAM. The smartphone also features 8GB internal storage, an 8-megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash, 5-megapixel secondary camera, and 1,850mAh battery. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and on the software front, it runs on Android KitKat.
