It’s super Sunday tomorrow. India is going head to head against South Africa, a team that they have played against in three World Cups (1992, 1999 and 2011) and each time ended up as the losing side. However, India is looking to set the record straight tomorrow and Twitter is already excited. Users are tweeting predictions, egging the team on and just generally spreading the World Cup fever.
But before we know tomorrow’s fate, hashtags like #maukamauka, #SAsIND and #INDvsSA have been trending all day giving us a sense of how India hopes to not recreate history this time. The viral ‘mauka mauka’ ad that was created during the India and Pakistan match returned with some tweaks, spins and apt replies.
We picked out some of the most coolest tweets for good measure.

Twitter, inevitably, is going to see a lot of tweets about the game tomorrow. Last Sunday, India comprehensively defeated traditional rivals Pakistan at the Adelaide Oval. Twitter erupted with a first ever Hindi hashtag #जयहिन्द, and at least 17 lakh tweets were written about the match.
