It posted standalone profit after tax of Rs 482.9 crore for the first quarter of 2013-14 against Rs 198.1 crore clocked during the corresponding period last fiscal. “The multiple drivers of this sharp profitable growth have been robust voice and mobile data revenue coupled with scale benefits and better cost management,” the company said in a statement.
