ZTE has launched the Axon Elite at the ongoing IFA 2015 event in Berlin. It is priced at EUR 419.99 (approximately Rs 31,250) and the USP of this smartphone is its three-fold biometric security – fingerprint, voice and eye scanning. ZTE Axon Elite specifications and features: It flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) display and is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 810 (quad-core 1.5GHz + quad-core 2GHz) processor paired with Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB of RAM. On the photography front, the Axon Elite sports a dual-lens snapper (13-megapixel and 2-megapixel) rear camera with dual-LED flash. With the dual lens setup, the 2-megapixel camera acts as a depth sensor which lets users refocus on objects after capturing the image.The rear camera is also capable of recording 4K videos (30fps). There is also a front-facing 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. This smartphone is also equipped with a 3,000mAh non-removable battery. In terms of connectivity, the Axon Elite comes with support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. On the software front, it runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS with ZTE’s custom UI running on top.
