Huawei is yet to officially make an announcement for the Mate 20 Lite, but before that, the smartphone has made it to Poland and Germany for sale. The smartphone has been listed at PLN 1,599 (approximately Rs 30,000) in Poland and EUR 435 (approximately Rs 35,000) in Germany.
As per the retailer listing (spotted by Playfuldroid), the Mate 20 Lite can be considered as the mid-range device in the Mate 20 series, which is also not announced yet. Huawei is rumored to unveil the Mate 20 and the Mate 20 Pro in London on October 16. Looking at the sudden sale listing, the Mate 20 Lite could be coming soon, and Huawei might spill some details during IFA 2018 later this week.
Huawei Mate 20 Lite Specifications and Features
The Huawei Mate 20 Lite, as per listing, features a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ IPS display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 display aspect ratio, and a notch. The phone is listed to sport Huawei’s own Kirin 710 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity is listed as 64GB, which also has an expandability option of microSD card (up to 256GB).
As for cameras, the Mate 20 Lite would boast of a dual rear camera setup with a 20-megapixel and a 2-megapixel sensor. On the front too, it’ll pack a dual-selfie camera setup of 24-megapixel+2-megapixel lens.

There are reports that Huawei might launch the Mate 20 series with Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box, but at least for Huawei Mate 20 Lite, the smartphone has been listed with Android 8.1 Oreo with company’s own EMUI layer on the top. For the battery, the smartphone will pack a 3650mAh battery.
