Infinix added to its budget line-up today by introducing the Infinix HOT 6 Pro smartphone in India. The phone is priced at Rs 7,999 and will be available exclusively through Flipkart. With that price the phone will be competing directly with the likes of the Honor 7A, Oppo Realme 1 and the latest Xiaomi Redmi Y2. All the devices carry tall 18:9 displays and come with stylish designs.
The key highlight of the Infinix HOT 6 Pro is its 5.99-inch HD+ display that the company claims is designed for entertainment buffs. The smartphone also features a stylish design, that is targeted towards the younger audience. The phone is available in four color variants – Sandstone Black, Magic Gold, City Blue and Bordeaux Red.

The Infinix HOT 6 Pro comes with a 5.99-inch LCD display that comes with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The budget phone runs the 1.4GHz Snapdragon 425 SoC, paired with the Adreno 308 GPU. It also comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It features a dedicated expandable storage slot of up to 128GB with a microSD card.
In terms photography, the Infinix HOT 6 Pro comes with a dual-camera setup at the back that comprises of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, with depth-effect capabilities. It also comes with Portrait mode, Professional mode and supports Time-Lapse video recording. At the front, it features a 5-megapixel camera that comes with an aperture of f/2.2.

Underneath the hood, the smartphone packs a 4,000mAh battery, which the company claims can last for 2 days on a single charge. The phone also runs on Android 8.0 Oreo, layered with XOS UI on top. Connectivity options include, dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, micro-USB for charging and data transfers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
