Last week Infinix launched two new smartphones under its ‘Zero’ series. Called Zero 5 and Zero 5 Pro, they are priced at Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999, respectively. Today, the company is conducting the first sale of the smartphones on Flipkart at 12PM. The Zero 5 will be available in Champagne Gold, Sandstone Black, and Bordeux Red, whereas the Zero 5 Pro will be available in only Bronze Gold Black color.
Those who are planning on buying the smartphones can also take advantage of a host of introductory offers. Additionally, customers can also get Rs 1,000 off on exchanging old phone to buy the new Infinix Zero 5 or Zero 5 Pro. Infinix Zero 5, Zero 5 Pro specifications and features
Both smartphones feature the same design and hardware, with the only difference being the onboard storage. The Infinix Zero 5 comes with 64GB onboard storage, whereas the Zero 5 Pro comes with 128GB onboard storage. Infinix is banking on the dual-camera setup at the back, and both smartphones feature a 12-megapixel wide angle lens along with a 13-megapixel telephoto lens, which helps in achieving DSLR-like bokeh effects and 2X optical zoom. Up front, there is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture with beauty mode and bokeh mode.
In terms of specifications, both the smartphones feature a 5.98-inch full HD JDI display with 2.5D curved glass and comes with full metal unibody to add to the premium-ness of the phone. Under the hood, the phones are powered by a MediaTek Helio P25 MT6757 clocked at 2.6GHz.
Armed with a 4,350mAh battery, the phone comes with a Type-C port with support to fast charging. On the software front, the phone runs Android Nougat 7.0 based XOS 3.0 out-of-the-box. On the connectivity front, the phone support triple sim, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS + GLONASS.
