The InFocus Turbo 5 goes on sale via Amazon India at 12PM. The smartphone, launched last week, will be available via an open sale. InFocus hasn’t revealed the total number of units it’ll make available for the sale today, but only registered users will stand a chance to grab the Turbo 5. The talking point of the Turbo 5 smartphone is its 5,000mAh battery. InFocus claims that the battery is good enough to offer up to 23 hours of talk time and up to 816 hours of standby time along with the ability to charge other phones using OTG.
The InFocus Turbo 5 is priced at Rs 6,999 for the 2GB variant and Rs 7,999 for the 3GB variant. In terms of specifications, the InFocus Turbo 5 features a 5.2-inch HD (1280 x 720) HD IPS display. Under the hood is a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor paired with 2GB or 3GB RAM options. On the photography front, the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, the smartphone offers a 5-megapixel front camera. The phone also comes with 16GB of internal storage which can further be expandable up to 32GB via micro SD card. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box. On the connectivity front, the device offers 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ AGPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, FM radio, microUSB 2.0, Accelerometer, Ambient Light sensor, E-Compass, and Proximity sensor. Considering the smartphone is aimed at the sub-Rs 10,000 category, it faces tough competition from Xiaomi Redmi 4, Motorola Moto C Plus and the Micromax Evok Power to name a few. All the three smartphones are priced at Rs 6,999.
