Intex has launched three new smartphones under its Aqua series. Touted as the 4G Trilogy , the new smartphones are Aqua 4.0, Aqua Crystal and Aqua Supreme+. The smartphones are priced at Rs 4,199, Rs 6,990 and Rs 9,490 respectively. The smartphones will be available across all offline stores. The Intex Aqua 4.0 comes in black, blue and champagne gold color options and is touted as a low end smartphone. The Intex Aqua Crystal on the other hand features a front and back glass body. Intex Aqua 4.0 specifications
The Intex Aqua 4.0 4G comes with a 4-inch WVGA AMOLED display. Under the hood the smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the photography front, the Aqua 4.0 4G sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA resolution front-facing camera. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G LTE with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and microUSB. Armed with a 1,500mAh battery, the smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
Intex Aqua Crystal specifications
The Intex Aqua Crystal features a 5-inch HD IPS display. Under its hood runs a MediaTek MT6737 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.25GHz. The smartphone comes with 1GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.
For photography, the Intex Aqua Crystal sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus. Up front, the smartphone houses a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Keeping the smartphone ticking is a 2,100mAh battery. The connectivity options offered by the smartphone include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The Intex Aqua Crystal runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Intex Aqua Crystal is equipped with apps like LFTY which is a left screen concept of using content and utility services. The Tap & Buy app uses AI for a simplified way of online shopping. The smartphone also features two new apps called MiFon Security and Vistoso which are aimed at availing complete device protection and neural graphics for artwork. Intex has also integrated smart tracking facility for lost phones in the Aqua Crystal.

The Intex Aqua Supreme flaunts a 5-inch HD IPS onCell display. At the core of the smartphone, it runs a MediaTek MTK6737 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card. In the photography department, the Intex Aqua Supreme+ is equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera with dual LED rear flash.
For power, the smartphone uses a 3,000mAh battery. For connectivity, the Intex Aqua Supreme+ comes with dual-SIM support, 4G with LTE and VoLTE support, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Indus OS. The Intex Aqua Supreme+ is also the first smartphone with multilingual facility in association with Indus OS. The Indus OS app in the smartphone provides up to 9 regional languages with matra and word prediction.
