Soon after launching the Aqua Style III smartphone, Intex has now launched yet another smartphone under its Aqua-series. Called Aqua Note 5.5, the smartphone is priced at Rs 5,799 and available to purchase from Amazon India. The smartphone is offered in Champagne Gold color option.

In terms of specifications, the smartphone is equipped with a 5.5-inch HD display. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core SoC clocked at 1.25Ghz, paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone also comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a micro SD card.
On the camera front, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. Up front, is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with selfie flash. The smartphone comes with a 2,800mAh Li-ion battery, which the company claims is good enough to offer talk time of 6 hours on LTE network and 500 hours of standby time. Intex has placed the Aqua Note 5.5 in the budget category and the smartphone will face fierce competition from the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 4A, YU Yunique 2 and Moto C. YU Yunique 2 features a 5-inch HD display and runs the latest Android Nougat OS. Under the hood, the YU Yunique 2 is powered by a MediaTek quad-core processor clocked at 1.3Ghz, which is accompanied by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of on-board storage. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel camera on the front. The smartphone is fuelled by a 2,500mAh. The smartphone is priced at Rs 5,999.
The Moto C features a 5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels resolution, and it is powered by a MediaTek MT6580M quad-core SoC paired with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage. The Moto C features a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The smartphone packs a removable 2,350mAh battery. On the software front, the Moto C runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. The Xiaomi Redmi 4A features a 5-inch HD (720p) IPS display, Snapdragon 425 quad-core chipset, and 2GB of RAM. It sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with aperture f/2.2 and 5-element lens, with a single LED flash. There is a 5-megapixel selfie camera up front with an aperture of f/2.2. Armed with a 3,120mAh battery, the smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow-based MIUI 8. The smartphone is available at prices starting Rs 5,999.
