Intex has launched an affordable smartphone in its Cloud series, called the Cloud Q11. The smartphone is priced at Rs 4,699 and will be available exclusively via Amazon India in white and blue color variants. One of the highlights of the Intex Cloud Q11 is the LFTY feature. So when a user swipes from the left, a single screen gives users access to content like video, music, news, shopping, weather, and social media among others. Intex Cloud Q11 specifications
The Cloud Q11 features a 5.5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD display, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek processor paired with 1GB of RAM. There is 8GB onboard storage, which can be further expanded to 32GB via a microSD card.
On the photography front, the smartphone comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera, while on the front the device features a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The Cloud Q11 is also preloaded with an emergency rescue feature that is unique to this smartphone. The smartphone has a 2,800mAh battery that the company claims is good enough to last up to eight hours of talktime and standby time of 14 days.
Going by the specifications, the Intex Cloud Q11 will face tough competition from the likes Alcatel Pixi 4 and Reliance Digital LYF Flame 6 among others. Both these smartphones come with 4G VoLTE support, which gives them a huge advantage over Intex’s 3G smartphone.
The Alcatel Pixi 4 is one of the few sub-Rs 5,000 smartphones to come with 4G VoLTE smartphone. The smartphone features a 5-inch (480 854 pixels) FWVGA display, 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6735M processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera with flash. The smartphone comes with a 2,000mAh battery and offers connectivity options like dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE support, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and microUSB. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. Reliance Digital’s LYF Flame 6, on the other hand, features a 4-inch WVGA (800 480 pixels) display with Dragontrail glass protection. It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor paired with Mali 400 GPU, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB onboard storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. Other features include 2-megapixel front and rear cameras, 1,750mAh battery, and connectivity options like 4G and VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, dual SIM and micro-USB 2.0 port. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
