Apple is finally releasing the brand new iOS 8 today. Redmond Pie reports that the global roll out will reach India at 10.30PM when users with compatible devices can begin to download the update. iOS 8 comes with a slew of new features including the Health app and improved Photos and Messages app. Apple has made changes to the Notification Centre and Spotlight. It also includes Family Sharing, iCloud Drive, continuity between Apple devices and the ability to add third-party keyboards. With iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite, users will finally be able to take calls or reply to text messages from their iPads or MacBooks, when they are paired with an iPhone. It is important to note that iOS 8 will only be compatible with the iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S, iPod touch 5th generation, iPad 2, iPad with Retina display, iPad Air, iPad mini, and iPad mini with Retina display. The recently announced iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will come with iOS 8 pre-installed.
