Denmark-based Jabra has built a reputation for itself with its wireless audio products, but the company s offerings have typically been priced higher than competitor products. Jabra also has a strong presence in the business-to-business segment for audio products, but some of its most interesting products have come from its consumer line-up. Jabra has now launched its latest product in India, the Jabra Elite 25e Bluetooth in-ear headphones, at Rs 3,999. The Elite 25e is among Jabra s more affordable offerings in India, and looks to take on the growing market for affordable wireless headsets. While there are a few established players in the space, the segment is dominated by unbranded products that sell at low prices. Although Rs 3,999 isn t the most affordable pricing for a product like this, the advantage comes in the form of Jabra s brand name and experience in the field of wireless audio. The Jabra Elite 25e features a neckband design which contains the controls and battery for the headset, with earbuds extending from the neckband. Jabra promises 18 hours of use on a single battery charge, as well as water and dust resistance with a rating of IP54. You can connect up to eight devices to the headset, and two can be connected at the same time. Additionally, there is a dedicated voice-control button for one-touch access to Siri on iPhones and Google Now / Google Assistant on Android devices.
The headset does of course also have a microphone, letting you use it for hands-free calls and voice instructions to your phone, along with regular audio listening. The Jabra Elite 25e is already on sale at authorized Jabra resellers, Amazon India and Croma stores all over the country.
