Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Wednesday announced free Wi-Fi facility for Jogindernagar town along with installation of CCTV cameras at public places. Also Read - UGC to get Rs 6.18 crore to provide Wi-Fi facility in universities in India
He said it would be the first town in the state to possess these facilities. “This would not only help in keeping close tabs on anti-social elements but also ensure cleanliness in the town,” he said at a public meeting in Jogindernagar, 202 km from here.
