Karbonn, it seems, is planning to launch not just one but a couple of next generation models in Titanium series of phone with 1080p display. The company s new smartphone, the Titanium S7, has been spotted selling online for Rs 14,999, a few days after the company had teased us all with the Titanium X. Both the Titanium S7 and Titanium X come with similar features and minor differences. So like the Titanium X, the Titanium S7 also features a 5-inch full HD (1080p) display, however, with one glass solution technology. The Titanium X, on the other hand, has an IPS display. Features like Android 4.2 Jelly Bean on the software front and 1.5GHz quad-core processor on the hardware front remain similar. There is not any detail mentioned about the RAM, but in terms memory support otherwise, it offers 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB with microSD card.
Other features in the Titanium S7 include a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 2-megapixel camera on the front, and wireless connectivity features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS/AGPS.
The phone has been priced competitively, and with these kinds of features it will be up against the likes of Micromax Canvas Turbo, Zen Ultrafone Amaze 701 FHD and Gionee Elife E6 smartphone, which also come with a 5-inch 1080p display but cost higher than the Titanium S7.
