Two promo videos posted by Samsung Display may have just revealed the Galaxy S8, and yes, there is no home button, CNET reports. These ads are meant to highlight Samsung s new AMOLED displays, but the smartphone seen in the videos isn t one from its current portfolio. Going by the leaks we have come across before, it is highly likely that we are seeing the Galaxy S8.

Samsung Galaxy S8 specifications
Based on what we have come across so far, the Galaxy S8 variants are expected to be powered by Qualcomm s Snapdragon 835 SoC or Exynos 8895 chipset built on 10nm process, paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the Galaxy S8 could be offered in 128GB and 256GB variants.
On the camera front, the smartphone could feature dual-camera setup at the back one 16-megapixel RGB sensor, and an 8-megapixel monochrome sensor. For selfies, there will be a snapper up front with auto-focus capabilities.
The rest of the rumored features include 4,200mAh battery with wireless charging capabilities, heart-rate sensor, water and dust resistance, and connectivity options like 4G with VoLTE, and Bluetooth 5.0. On the software front, the Galaxy S8 could run Android Nougat 7.1.1 out-of-the-box.
