LeEco, the latest Chinese entrant in the smartphone space, has now launched its flagship Le Max phablet in India. The Le Max, which features a 6.33-inch QHD display, 4GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor is available in two variants. The silver variant comes with 64GB of internal storage and is priced at Rs 32,999 while the gold variant comes with 128GB internal storage and is available for Rs 36,999. The flagship device is available exclusively on Flipkart. The Le Max was first showcased along with the Le 1s, which went on sale last month. Unlike the Le 1s, which is available only via flash sales, the Le Max is available in open sale. Flipkart is offering an exchange scheme as well as cash discounts for Axis Bank and SBI card holders.
The company is also hosting a flash sale for the Le 1s on Flipkart at 12 noon today. However, only registered users can participate in the sale.
LeEco Le Max specifications and features: It flaunts a 6.33-inch 2K (1440 2560 pixels) display with a pixel density of 464ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by Qualcomm s Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz and paired with 4GB of RAM. It comes in two internal storage variants — 64GB and 128GB.
On the photography front, it is equipped with a 21-megapixel f/.20 rear camera with dual-LED flash, OIS, and PDAF. Up front, there is a 4-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera.
The smartphone is backed by a 3,400mAh battery and connectivity options like dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS. On the software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped under EUI.
