Lenovo today launched the A2010, which also happens to be the most affordable 4G LTE smartphone in India. At Rs 4,990, it is slightly cheaper than the ZTE Blade Qlux and the Phicomm Energy 653, which are both priced at Rs 4,990. Under the hood, the A2010 is powered by a 1GHz MediaTek MT6735 quad-core 64-bit processor, while the Qlux and the Energy 653 are powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MTK6732M, and 1.1GHz Snapdragon 210 quad-core processors respectively.
The processors are paired with 1GB of RAM each, and the three smartphones offer 8GB internal memory that can be expanded using a microSD card.
On the photography front, Lenovo’s smartphone features 5-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras, Phicomm’s smartphone features 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras, while ZTE’s smartphone features an 8-megapixel and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. While the Blade Qlux wins on paper, we will wait until we have reviewed the smartphone before passing our judgment.
There’s not a lot differentiating the size of the batteries, with the Energry 653 featuring the biggest of the lot with a 2,230mAh battery, followed by ZTE’s 2,200mAh battery, and Lenovo’s 2,000mAh battery.
Features: On the connectivity front, there is again little differentiation since the three feature dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. On the software front, the Lenovo A2010 and the Phicomm Energy 653 run on Android Lollipop, while the ZTE Blade Qlux runs on Android KitKat.

There is little differentiating the smartphones as far as specifications and features are concerned. With the Lenovo A2010 only Rs 10 cheaper than the other two, there is not a lot of difference there as well. We will however pass our judgment on which is the best smartphone when we have reviewed the three smartphones.
