After launching the smartphone last week, Lenovo is all set to conduct the first sale for the K8 Note today at 12PM. The K8 Note was launched at a price of Rs 12,999 for the 2GB/32GB variant, while the 4GB/64GB variant is priced at Rs 13,999. The phone will be available exclusively with Amazon India. In case you are an Idea Cellular user, you will get 64GB 4G data and unlimited calling for 56 days at Rs 343. Lenovo is also offering discounts up to 80 percent on Kindle e-books. If you sign in to the Kindle app, you will get Rs 300 promotion credit for Kindle book. However, please note that these offers are only valid if the smartphone is purchased via Amazon India.
The closest competitor for the K8 Note would be Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Honor 6X and Coolpad Cool 1. Given the dual-camera setup at the back, the Honor 6X and the Coolpad Cool 1 will be the closest competition for the Lenovo K8 Note considering the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 misses out on that feature.

The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch display with full HD resolution, 2.5D glass with 450 nits of brightness. The display is protected with Gorilla Glass coating, making it resistant to scratches. The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek Helio X23 deca-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz. It comes with 32GB/64GB built-in storage with 3GB/4GB of RAM. The Lenovo K8 Note boasts a combination of 13-megapixel primary sensor and 5-megapixel depth sensor at the back. The camera lets users capture Bokeh effect. The rear camera has a dual-LED CCT flash module. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel camera with an aperture of f/2.2. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS among others. Keeping the smartphone ticking is a 4,000mAh battery. Additionally, the smartphone also comes with entertainment features such as Dolby Atmos, a dedicated Music Key on the left-hand side and TheaterMax technology, which enhances users large screen-like viewing experience while gaming, watching videos. The smartphone also comes with a water repellent nano-coating that makes it resistant to accidental splashes.
