Lenovo yesterday launched the K8 Plus smartphone in India. Priced at Rs 10,999 for the 32GB variant with 3GB of RAM, the smartphone will go on sale for the first time today via Flipkart. Lenovo has introduced various offers that one can be availed by K8 Plus buyers. Customers can get extra 15 percent off on Flipkart fashion. Flipkart has extended its buyback guarantee offer to the K8 Plus where customers get a buyback guarantee of up to Rs 5,000 on the purchase of the smartphone. Additionally, you can also exchange your old smartphone, and get up to Rs 10,000 off. Reliance Jio users will get extra 30GB of 4G data, Prime membership worth Rs 99, and unlimited calling for Rs 399. Flipkart is also offering Bass Bluetooth speaker at Rs 1,199 down from 1,899, and the Moto Pulse 2 headphones down from Rs 1,599 to Rs 599. The Redmi 4A smartphone comes in two variants 16GB storage with 2GB RAM priced at Rs 5,999, and 32GB storage with 3GB RAM priced at Rs 6,999. Both variants will be available today via mi.com. The Lenovo K8 Plus runs on stock Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. It sports a 5.2-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. For photography, the K8 Plus boasts a dual-camera setup at the back. This includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with a ‘Party Flash’, f/2.0 aperture, and an 84-degree wide-angle lens. It sports a fingerprint sensor on the rear and a full metal body. It is backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

The Redmi 4A, on the other hand, sports a 5-inch HD (720p) IPS display. Under the hood is Qualcomm s 64-bit Snapdragon 425 quad-core chipset paired with Adreno 308 GPU.
