Sony Xperia Z5 Premium: Priced at Rs 62,990, the Xperia Z5 Premium is the most expensive smartphone launched in India this week. It is the world s first smartphone to boast a 4K display with a resolution of 3840 2160 pixels, which translates into a pixel density of a whopping 806ppi. Furthermore, it also comes with top-of-the-line specifications expected from a flagship smartphone, including 64-bit octa-core processor, 23-megapixel rear camera, IP65/68 certification, and fingerprint sensor to name a few. Sony Xperia Z5: Sony also launched the Xperia Z5, which is priced at Rs 52,990. Despite not boasting a 4K display, this too is a high-end smartphone capable of competing against other flagship devices. It features a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 64-bit octa-core processor, 23-megapixel rear camera, and 2,930mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 support, dual-SIM card slots, and a fingerprint sensor. Lenovo Vibe P1: After unveiling it at IFA in Berlin earlier this year, Lenovo finally launched the Vibe P1 in India this week. It is priced at Rs 15,999 and will go on sale from October 27 exclusively via Flipkart. The talking point of the smartphone is its massive 5,000mAh battery that is said to be good enough for 44 hours of talktime and up to 25 days on standby mode. Furthermore, it also comes with a physical power saver switch, quick charging capabilities, and an OTG charging feature, which can be used to charge other USB-connected devices, such as Bluetooth headsets and portable speakers among others. Lenovo Vibe P1m: Alongside the Vibe P1, Lenovo also launched the Vibe P1m, which is priced at Rs 7,999. This smartphone too will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart, but a day later on October 28. Registrations for the first sale are now open. Just like the Vibe P1, the talking point on this smartphone too is the 3,900mAh battery and the myriad of battery-related features. Google Nexus 5X: While technically the smartphone was launched in India earlier this month, it only went on sale this week. Prices for the LG Nexus 5X start from Rs 31,990, and it is available online via Amazon India and offline via retailers like The MobileStore, Bajaj Electronics, Croma, Reliance Digital, Jumbo, and Vijay Sales among others. Alcatel Flash 2: Alcatel launched its photography-centric Flash 2 this week, priced at Rs 9,299. It will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart, with registrations now open. The smartphone s USP is its 13-megapixel rear camera with RealTone dual flash, Phase Detection Autofocus, and a 5-megapixel selfie camera up front with a soft LED flash.
